Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer filed a lawsuit against Southern California Gas Company on Monday. At issue is a natural gas leak at the company's Aliso Canyon facility. It's been leaking for over a month -- and the lawsuit claims the utility didn't notify residents immediately, and wasn't prepared to stop it. Fumes from the leak have sickened residents of Porter Ranch, who have suffered from nose bleeds, headaches and nausea. About 700 families have had to move out of their homes.
