Assembly Expected to Take Up Measure on Surprise Medical Bills

Lawmakers in Sacramento have until midnight tonight to pass legislation. Today, the State Assembly is expected to tackle AB 72. That's a measure that would stop consumers from getting surprise medical bills from out-of-network doctors.
