Police Chief Head Apologizes for Mistreatment of Racial Minorities at San Diego Conference

The International Association of Chiefs of Police met in San Diego for their annual conference. Terrence Cunningham is the president of the association. He gave a short speech where he said the vast majority of police officers are noble and good people, but that the police "have been the face of oppression to far too many of our fellow citizens."
