Drought on Colorado River Sparks Revolutionary Idea: Sharing Water

California has officially entered its sixth year of drought. But there's an even longer drought on the Colorado River. The river is a major water supply for California, and for 40 million people across the Southwest. This week, we're looking at how the region is handling that water shortfall and how it will affect California. To start our series, Grace Hood from Colorado Public Radio takes us upstream.
