In Modesto, prominent defense attorney Frank Carson has been released from jail. The Stanislaus County District Attorney says he's involved in a vast murder conspiracy. The judge in the case says the DA should have turned over thousands of files of crucial evidence to the defense, and released Carson and his co-defendants on their own recognizance.
