Calif. Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye has seen a lot of change in the past four years. Gov. Jerry Brown appointed three new Associate Justices who had never been judges before -- all under the age of 45. We sit down with Justice Cantil-Sakauye to talk about those changes and other issues facing the court.
