Roughly 30,000 people have been displaced by the Jesusita Fire in the hills above Santa Barbara. Officials expanded mandatory evacuation orders last night. Milder-than-expected winds yesterday allowed firefighters to make some progress, but officials say the wildfire is still spreading and unpredictable.
