Who would you pick to play Steve Jobs in an indie film about his life? How about Ashton Kutcher? Variety reports Kutcher will star as jobs in the biopic, 'Jobs.'

The film will chronicle Steve Jobs from wayward hippie to co-founder of Apple, where he became one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of our time.

At first, we thought this was an April Fool's joke. But Kutcher does look remarkably like the young Steve Jobs (see a side-by-side comparison posted by the Hollywood Reporter).

Joshua Michael Stern ("Swing Vote") will direct the film. The Hollywood Reporter says principal photography will begin in May, when Kutcher is on break from CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men.
