Through tomorrow, Remote Area Medical, an organization made up of volunteer health care specialists, is putting on a free health clinic at the Oakland Coliseum, where KQED's Rachel Dornhelm interviewed East Bay Congresswoman Barbara Lee.

Lee discussed health care reform and GOP budget priorities, calling the latter a "war on the neediest" and a "war on seniors." Lee said that the "Tea Party was in control of budget negotiations."

She also called Republican plans to privatize Medicare part of a "roadmap to ruin," which House progressives seem to have settled on as a slogan for their anti-branding campaign.

I guess Highway to Hell would have been copyright infringement.
