If you hit the off button immediately after Colin Kaepernick threw his final interception yesterday in the 49ers 23-17 loss to Seattle, or you just need another reason to root against the Seahawks in the Super Bowl, here you go:

Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman talking like a pro wrestler or maybe even a Batman villain immediately after the game. His target was Niners receiver Michael Crabtree.

Here Sherman calls Crabtree a “sorry receiver:”

If you’re wondering just what is going on with this guy, the Mercury News ran a piece titled “Richard Sherman: What Makes Him Tick,” last September.

    Yeah, well, I turned off the TV just as he was launching into his rant with Erin Andrews. That was a decent play, though, and that Merc article is interesting — though the guy seems to have gotten it wrong about Sherman “mellowing.”
