With the Super Bowl looming, the Harbaughs are everywhere. You might think Jim Harbaugh, coach of the San Francisco 49ers, and his brother John Harbaugh, coach of the Baltimore Ravens, would disappear into intense practice sessions running up to the Feb. 3 event.

Instead the two keep popping up on talk shows. On Thursday, John Harbaugh called into a teleconference featuring his parents. Calling himself "John in Baltimore," he demanded to know whether "it's true that both of you like Jim better than John?"

His mother started to react in outrage, before his sister, Joani Harbaugh Crean interrupted, having recognized his voice. You can hear the exchange on this video:

Then on KCBS radio, Jim Harbaugh called former Oakland Raiders Coach John Madden to get advice about winning the Super Bowl. Madden led the Raiders to victory there in 1977.

Madden's advice:

I just know that over the years watching it, the team that complains the most when they get down there usually loses. The other thing I know is that you haven’t done anything yet. And I think that the team that celebrates having gotten there the most usually loses focus.

If you want to get the exact intonation of all this, you can hear -- and even download -- the KCBS segment for yourself.

Or if you want more of the Harbaughs, you can watch this video in which Crean shows you around Kirkwood Avenue, in Bloomington, Ind., where her husband, Tom Crean, coaches the Indiana University Hoosiers basketball team:
