Update 2:50 p.m. Here are some tweeted headlines from Mark Zuckerberg's TechCrunch interview, during which he answered interviewer Michael Arrington's questions on the performance of the stock, the company's much-lamented mobile strategy, employee morale, the Instagram purchase, and more. The appearance was the first since Facebook's IPO landed with a big thud in May.

Earlier post
Scheduled for 2 p.m. at Day 2 of the TechCrunch Disrupt SF conference, in his first post-IPO-fiasco appearance: a "fireside chat" with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The interviewer will be TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington, who once got into an on-stage set-to with Yahoo! CEO Carol Bartz during which she told him to "f*** off." Hard to imagine the Facebook honcho going that route, even if he will have some 'splainin to do. Maybe we'll get a "Zuck off"...

Facebook shares were up more than three percent today. Keep your eye on the after-hours quote to see if the market reacts to whatever Zuckerberg has to say.
