Update 2:29 p.m.: Sigalert shows that lanes have been cleared and traffic is moving again on the Dumbarton Bridge.

The California Highway Patrol says two lanes are blocked on the eastbound Dumbarton Bridge due to a crash that occurred shortly after noon. One lane remains open. The bridge is not closed, despite reports to the contrary. Sigalert has updates.
