Oakland police are reportedly preparing for a press conference this afternoon to give more details about a shooting in Oakland. Seven people were shot at 6:08 p.m. last night in the 700 block of Willow Street.

One of the victims, a one year old boy, is in critical condition.

KCBS has surveillance video of the shooting in this report (skip 35 seconds in to see it).
