If you see people drop, cover, and hold on for dear life at 10:20 a.m. today, no it's not The Rapture. It's The Great California Shakeout. Sirens will sound during simulations across the Bay Area and BART will stop all trains for one minute during the statewide earthquake drill. More than 8.5 million people are registered to participate.
