On Saturday, the 28th annual sandcastle contest at Ocean Beach took place. The competition among local schools is held each year by Leap, an organization that brings arts programs into Bay Area schools.
This year's winner, according to the Richmond District Blog of San Francisco : The Awesome Fireblasting Dragon, created by the Creative Arts Charter School.
