The Chronicle obtained video from a passenger sitting next to 20-year-old Deshon Marman as he argued with the pilot and a police officer on a US Airways flight before take-off. Police said a crewmember had asked Marman to pull up his pants, which reportedly were hanging low enough to reveal his underwear, and Marman refused. Marman was removed from the plane and taken into custody. The San Mateo District Attorney’s office is still considering whether to file charges. Possible charges include battery, resisting arrest, and trespassing.

And KGO has talked to Marman himself about the incident
