Jerry Brown's press release on his budget announcement, due out at 11 a.m. The headline: The governor's plan cuts another $12.5 billion out of the state budget (the cutting has been going on so long that we need to do a refresher on what's left in the budget and how it compares to the high-water-mark years before nuclear winter The Great Recession set in).
