KQED Public Radio’s “Forum” is launching something new this morning: “First Person,” a local interview feature spotlighting community leaders, unsung heroes and world-class innovators who make our region unique. In the inaugural program, this morning at 9 a.m., host Michael Krasny speaks with Tony Serra, the legendary civil rights attorney who has represented members of groups as diverse as the Black Panther Party, the Hell’s Angels, and Earth First! in high-profile cases.
