I guess anything that happens in the three-dimensional world is a live event these days.

From Business Insider -- Yahoo! Layoffs: LIVE, featuring tweets and emails from today's bloodletting.

As a former full-time Yahoo! employee and contractor who has long-time friends at the company and who still remembers to use the exclamation point at the end of the name, I hate to see this happening over and over.

Yet I can't help wondering: Yahoo! started out two guys in a trailer, maybe it's going to end that way.
