SFGate.com's Shaky Hand Productions was there when both sides Dr. Griffith Harsh, Whitman's neurosurgeon husband, came to the hearing with attorney Dennis Brown, and Diaz was accompanied by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, who represented her on the matter.
