Although Meg Whitman has yet to concede, Jerry Brown went ahead and gave a little presumptive victory speech anyway. Listen to this snippet in which he says:

“They haven’t got all the votes in yet, but hell, it’s good enough for government work, and I think, so, it looks like I’m going back again.”
