From KCRA Sacramento:

A second car was found in the Delta-Mendota Canal near Patterson, but it is not the vehicle being sought in connection with the abduction of a 4-year-old boy, authorities said. Officials are searching around the state for Juliani Cardenas and his alleged kidnapper, 27-year-old Jose Esteban Rodriguez. An Amber Alert is still in effect. The vehicle found Thursday morning is a Saturn stolen from the Stockton area, officials said.
