Hundreds of teachers have had to contend with missing pay, bounced checks and other payment problems as the San Francisco Unified School District struggles to implement a new accounting system.
This is just the latest controversy to erupt in the struggling school district.
Apparently the district can't currently fulfill even its most basic responsibility: pay teachers to teach kids.
