Look, up in the sky! It's a super-blue-lunar eclipse!

The lunar trifecta will happen early Wednesday morning with eclipse totality occurring at 4:52 am and lasting until 6:08 am PST.

The moon will look larger than normal (that's the "super" part) because it is closer to Earth and will then turn a reddish color as Earth's shadow passes over the moon.

A "blue moon" is when there is more than one full moon in the same month.

You might have to wake up early, but at least you won't have to worry about frying your eyeballs like you do with a solar eclipse.
