Imagine a school that doesn't look much different than the modern workplace, with students working in small groups, also in traditional whole groups with teachers, and with each other, tailored to their individual needs. That fundamentally changes the way the teachers use their time and engage with students. You see in a classroom setting every child working on an individual plan and teachers working as facilitators and coordinators.
