In a major decision, the United States Supreme Court on Monday struck down restrictions on Texas clinics that threatened to make abortions more difficult for women to access. The court ruled that the limits were an undue burden on women’s constitutional right to end a pregnancy. We’ll look at the implication of that decision as well as last week’s rulings on affirmative action and immigration as the court wraps up its final session.
