Jason Moran and Charles Lloyd might seem unlikely partners — there’s a 37-year age difference between the skateboarder-turned-pianist and saxophonist icon. But together, the musicians craft what one critic called “a conversation so intimate the listener [feels] she is eavesdropping.” The duo bring their jazz collaboration into new territory by teaming up with Alonzo King LINES Ballet this season.
