Pepper-Spray Report Criticizes UC Police, Chancellor

A long-awaited task force report has strongly condemned the highly publicized use of pepper-spray against protesters at UC Davis in November. The report found UC police use of pepper-spray “should and could have been prevented.” We talk with the task force chair about its findings.
