Proposition 22 seeks to prohibit the state of California from borrowing or taking funds used for transportation, redevelopment or local government projects and services. It’s intended to prevent state politicians from raiding local funds. But critics say the measure would hurt schools, health care and other state services.

Guests:

Mark Leno, California state senator representing District 3 and an opponent of Prop. 22

Chris McKenzie, executive director of the League of California Cities and a Prop. 22 supporter
