Researchers say that nationally, this could lead to more than 14,000 additional cancer deaths per year. We talk to Dr. Rebecca Smith-Bindman, the lead author of the study, about the findings.

Guests:

Rebecca Smith-Bindman, professor in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at UCSF and visiting research scientist at the Radiation Epidemiology Branch, National Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health
