After the untimely death of her husband, Margaret Trost was left with her five-year-old child and much uncertainty about the future. But after a fortuitous trip to Haiti where she encountered unimagined poverty, Trost ended up founding an organization to help feed those in need on the island — and in the process worked through some of her own grief and shock.
