Jacques shows us how to make his wife, Gloria’s, favorite sandwich. Garlic lovers will especially enjoy this recipe as it begins with rubbing garlic cloves onto a toasted English muffin and is then topped off with whole slices of garlic. He adds chopped sweet onions, anchovy filet with a splash of oil, a tomato slice, salt and grated mozzarella. Make sure the mozzarella covers all of the bread so it doesn’t burn while in the broiler. Top it off with a dash of Italian seasoning and soon you’ll be ready for a tasty lunch.
