Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing gets a modern update as three young Asian-American sneaker fans make their way to buy the dopest new kicks on the market. But as racial tensions among the sneakerheads intensify, Ronny must choose between a pair of shoes and protecting his sister Justine.

Written and directed by Jess dela Merced. The film won the Audience Choice Award at the Fusion Film Festival and the Boston Asian American Film Festival and was named Best Narrative Short at the San Diego Asian Film Festival. Principal cast: Michael Rosete, Jess dela Merced, Jake Choi, Trevon Davis, Jeanette Dilone, Grizz Chapman, and Richard Pecci.
