Leslie SbroccoMy name is Leslie Sbrocco and I'm the host of Check, Please! Bay Area. Each week, I will be sharing my tasting notes about the wine the guests and I drank on set during the taping of the show. I will also share some wine tips with each episode.

Check, Please! Bay Area guests drank the following wines on the set of episode 711:

2010 Hagafen Roussanne, Lodi, California $18
It's difficult to find a single varietal wine made from Roussanne. This southern French grape is usually partnered with white grapes, Marsanne and Viognier, but this succulently fruity wine maintains its uniqueness. Crisp yet smooth, this Kosher wine is all about quality.

2008 Prix Cabernet Franc, Napa Valley, California $55
Part of the Hagafen winery portfolio, this supple sipper is crafted with the Cabernet Franc variety, which is normally a blending grape. It's aromatic, stylish and elegant.
