Good food, service not so great, not once did our waitress ask if we needed something, or refilled our water glasses. Because of that she received no tip.

seems everyone loved the food so I don’t understand why the two naysayers wouldn’t recommend it.  also, I know don picos well and have lived in sf for 30 years and I think I have sampled almost every mexican restaurant in and around the mission and don picos beats them all.  I would love to know which sf restaurants the two women think are better as I would go there in a flash.
