Debbie Zambetti is a Nutrition Educator and Holistic Health Counselor and author of the blog Savor Life: A Quest for Healthy, Scrumptious Living. She received her certificates in Holistic Health Counseling and Nutrition Education from the Institution of Integrative Nutrition and Bauman College, respectively, and is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In her heart of hearts, she believes that eating whole, delicious food is yummy, healing and the perfect way for everyone to start taking control of their health. When she's not counseling nutrition and health clients in San Francisco, she's usually cooking up a storm in her sunny kitchen, practicing yoga, or getting her hands dirty in her garden. She may be slightly obsessed with kale and platform sandals. Twitter: @savorlifeblog Facebook: Savor Life
