Shout-Outs:
It is, of course, Pride Weekend here in San Francisco, and there are more events, parties, and exhibits than we know what to do with. For starters, check out TransCuba: Photographs by Mariette Pathy Allen at the Rayko Photo Center, and the Frameline Film Festival, which continues this week. The official Pride Parade kicks off Sunday, June 28 at 10:30 am in downtown San Francisco.
And in yet another very Bay Area event, the Grateful Dead are coming to Santa Clara. It’s been sold out for quite a while, but if you’re one of the lucky ticket-holders and you’re wondering what to do with your downtime near the venue, check out our guide to Great America for Deadheads.
